Schnee

Product Overview

Built for cold mornings, muddy afternoons, and constant in-and-out throughout the day, our Outfitter II Pull-On delivers trusted Schnee warmth and durability in a streamlined, easy-on design. It takes the legendary construction of our Outfitter II pac boots and pairs it with a slip-on profile and our cleaner-running Tire Tread outsole, making it the go-to cold-weather boot for ranch work, chores, tree stands, and everyday winter and spring use when conditions are wet, sloppy, and unpredictable.

At its core is the same uncompromising Schnee craftsmanship that has defined our pac boots for generations. Hand-selected 6 oz. oil-tanned American steerhide uppers are matched with premium imported, hand-laid vulcanized rubber bottoms for long-lasting durability, water resistance, and all-day comfort. Inside, a removable handmade quilted Cambrelle liner insulated with 400g Thinsulate™ Ultra delivers dependable warmth, with the flexibility to swap liners in the field as activity levels or temperatures change.

What sets our Outfitter II Pull-On apart is its Schnee Tire Tread (T/T) outsole. This chain-link tread pattern features shallower lugs that provide confident traction while actively shedding snow and mud, keeping buildup to a minimum as snow turns to slush. The result is a lighter weight, cleaner-running pac boot that won’t track muck into the truck, barn, or camp. With a tall, pull-on profile and slimmer sole design, the Outfitter II Pull-On offers easy entry, solid coverage, and reliable performance for long winter days spent moving between tasks.

Caring For Your New Pac Boots

We recommend using Pitch Blend Beeswax leather dressing on our Pac Boots at least twice a year: Once prior to your hunting season and once again before storing the boots before the off-season. This leather dressing is an especially protective conditioning balm with the very highest water-repellency. Reapply as needed throughout the year especially if you have been hunting in wet conditions in order to keep the leather nourished and protected.

Once you’ve confirmed that the pac boots fit your feet, apply an all natural leather conditioner or oil to help soften the leather uppers and start achieving a personalized, glove-like fit and feel that’s uniquely yours. We recommend using Pitch Blend Oil for maintaining and preserving the leather of your boots. Reapply this oil as needed throughout the life of the boots, especially as the leather begins to dry out or stiffen over time.

Sizing

Our Pac boots come in whole sizes only and do not come in half sizes. They also only come in a Medium (D) width and recommend going up one size if you need a wide. All of our sizing is true to size and is based on the brannock device, which is the metal foot measuring device in most shoe stores or footwear departments. If you do wear a half size, we recommend going up to the next whole size. For example, if you wear a 10.5 normally, then we recommend going up to a size 11.

Converting From Men's Size To Women's

All our Pac Boots are unisex, but are built on a men's sizing scale. There is an approximate 1.5 size difference between Men's and Women's sizing.

A men's size 7 is roughly equivalent to a women's size 8.5.  Since our Pac Boots only come in whole sizes, in this case we would recommend going with a women's size 9.
