Shipping Policy

Free Shipping Promotions

When there is an active free shipping promotion, free shipping is only available for customers residing within the contiguous United States (This excludes Hawaii and Alaska). Free shipping offers are not valid on international orders. Any orders placed with our free shipping option will be fulfilled with UPS Ground service.

Shipping Time Estimates

Orders that are placed on business days, prior to 12:00pm MST will generally ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00pm, on weekends or on holidays will generally ship the next business day. Sometimes, during very busy times, orders may take up to 5 business days to ship out. Shipping timelines stated at checkout are general guidelines based on the shipping method and location. These may he impacted by carrier delays, weather or other circumstances. 

For Standard Shipping orders, please allow at least 2-business days from the time of order placement before contacting us. 

While we strive to ship orders out as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee arrival dates.

 

PO Boxes

If you have a PO Box, you must pick USPS at checkout.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs can be based on the items you're purchasing, their weight, size and your shipping address. The best way to determine shipping costs is to add the item to your cart and enter your shipping address.  

 

International Shipping

We also ship to Canada via UPS and/or USPS, however we cannot ship to PO Boxes via UPS.

PLEASE BE AWARE that our boots and many goods do incur a duty fee when crossing the border from the USA into Canada. You, the customer, are responsible for this added cost. To figure out what this duty charge may be, please click the link here: Estimate duty and taxes.

 

Shipping Delays

Schnee's is not responsible for any shipping delays incurred by any third-party courier, including but not limited to weather or storm delays. Schnee's will not reimburse customers for the cost of shipping or freight fees resulting from the above mentioned courier and/or weather delays. In the event of any anticipated inclement weather or other delay, Client is encouraged to verify the status of the courier’s operations on their website.
