Schnee Boot Warranty
Mountain Boots- At Schnee’s, Inc. (“Schnee”) we work hard to build boots with premium components for performance and durability. Schnee warranties our boots to be free from material defects and workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase and up to the wear point at which the original outsoles have at least one-quarter of the tread left. If one of our boots fails before this time due to a material defect/workmanship we will repair/replace the boots. This excludes normal wear and tear that you may experience on your hunts or during the course of your use.
Pac Boots- Schnee Pac boots are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship based upon the sole tread life. If your boots have at least half of the original tread still intact we will repair/replace your boots for you. Normal wear and tear excluded.
Pac Boot Rebuild: Our boots are crafted for longevity, yet when the rubber soles wear down, you can opt for a cost-effective replacement instead of buying a new pair. At our repair shop, skilled artisans who crafted your boots initially will rebuild them using genuine Schnee's rubber bottoms. Just send us your CLEANED boots along with payment and instructions, and our artisans will handle the rest. For insulated boots, kindly remove the liners before shipping. Shipping & Handling is $15 (Shipping is $25 for orders outside of the USA). Please note that an additional $10.00 cleaning fee will be charged for excessively dirty boots.

Warranty Return Process- If you believe you have a warranty issue and you are the original owner with proof of purchase, you can email us at service@schnees.com. Please include a photo of the possible warranty defect, your name and order #. Once we get this information we will give you further instructions on how to get these boots back to us.

If you are returning boots for refund or exchange, they must be unworn, are in new condition, and are returned in the original packaging.

Schnee does not pay for used boots to be shipped back for repair or warranty. Please ship all repairs and warranties to 6597 Falcon Lane, Bozeman, MT 59718

Schnee will pay the outgoing shipping cost of repaired/replaced boots.

Boots must be cleaned before they are returned to Schnee. All boots that are not clean will include a $20 cleaning fee.

If we decide there is no warranty to be issued then we will ship the boots back at the customer's expense.
