Our boots are built for longevity. When the rubber soles and other materials eventually wear down, you don’t need to replace the entire boot, you can choose from our cost-effective rebuild and repair options instead.
At our repair shop, the same skilled artisans who originally crafted your boots will rebuild them using genuine Schnee OEM parts. Simply send us your cleaned boots with written instructions of the requested services as well as contact information, and our team will handle the rest.
For insulated boots, please remove the liners before shipping.
We offer Pac Boot servicing from our Bozeman, Montana headquarters.
Mountain Boot rebuilds are performed by our partner factory in Italy, while Mountain Boot repairs and resoles are handled by Dave Page Cobbler in Seattle.
For warranty claims, shipping to Schnee’s is not covered. For all services, please ship your boots to the appropriate address for your requested services listed in the corresponding section below. Return shipping will be billed at the time of payment: $15 (Continental U.S.) | $25 (International, Alaska, Hawaii).
