The Frontcountry Tripod is designed to be a full standing height, feature rich tripod for all your optics and shooting needs. After years of using sub-par tripods modified to our liking, we decided enough was enough and spec'd out a tripod made specifically for hunters who primarily hunt the Frontcountry (1–2-day trips or closer to the truck).
Main Design Features:
- Minimal Weight: Keep weight to a minimum (38oz) while still getting full standing height (67" w/o head).
- Adaptable: the center column can be divided from the long center column (15" of travel) down to a short center column (3" of travel) using the integrated allen key in the weight hook. This can be done in the field in under 30 seconds.
- Stable: The 3-leg section design means you get larger diameter carbon tubes over a 4 or 5 section tripod, giving higher stability to weight ratio.
- Packable: The triangular center column means the tripod can fold together tighter and take up less pack space, and the compact design folds up to only 22" in length.
- User Friendly: Easy adjustment to 3 different leg angles, allowing you to get just the right setup on any terrain.
