Production Associates, Full Time, Four Corners

Schnee's is seeking employees for our Bozeman boot making facility. For 30 years, we have been handcrafting the best hunting boots in the world from our factory right here in Bozeman, Montana. We provide training and a rewarding career path for our boot makers. Sewing experience is helpful but not necessary. If you would like to learn the art and craft of leather work, sewing and boot making, please contact us.

  

 

 Customer Service Associates, Downtown Bozeman

Schnee's is seeking customer service associates for our web, catalog and customer service center in Bozeman, MT. Must have strong computer skills, the ability to multi task efficiently, great attention to detail and accuracy with strong communication and listening skills. Must be a team player and willing to support other departments. Responsibilities include demonstrating outstanding customer service and selling skills, answering phones, taking orders and above all else, making sure our customers are happy.

 

 

Cashier Outdoor Lifestyle Department, Downtown Bozeman

The Cashier role at Schnee’s is responsible for the in-store customer experience. The Cashier provides a positive customer experience with friendly and courteous service. The individual in this position registers sales at the point of sale by scanning items, itemizing and totaling customers purchases, as well as processing returns, while following Schnee’s policies and procedures. Must have the ability to multitask efficiently, have great attention to detail and accuracy and have strong communication and listening skills. The Cashier position may be responsible for resolving customer issues and answering questions. This position will also assist with stocking product in the cash wrap area. Other duties as assigned.

 

 

Retail Sales Associate - Outdoor Lifestyle Department, Downtown Bozeman

Qualified candidate will be responsible for sales and service to our outdoor lifestyle customers. Other duties include stocking and upkeep of our busy store. We have a long-standing tradition of offering one-on-one customer service to our diverse customer base. The position requires use of ladders, moderate lifting, and the ability to move at a fast pace. Flexible with student schedules. Must be available weekends, evenings, and through Holidays. Rapid advancement and career opportunities for qualified candidates. 

 

 

Assistant Manager - Outdoor Lifestyle Department, Downtown Bozeman

The Assistant Store Manager-Outdoor Lifestyle assists in the operation of the Schnee’s retail store in a customer focused and profitable manner. The Assistant Manager-Outdoor Lifestyle is an integral part of our team. They are the cheerleader and driving force, with the manager, to encourage the success and profitability of the store. The Assistant Manager-Outdoor Lifestyle must be customer service orientated, have strong communication skills with the ability to lead, prioritize, delegate and follow up. They are someone who is driven, passionate and a team player, who is pro-active and innovative.

 

 

Receiving Manager, Downtown Bozeman

The Receiving Manager is responsible for inventory accuracy, maintaining procedural efficiency, controlling and verifying inventory levels, overseeing shipping and receiving and supervising shipping/receiving employees. This position understands and supports store operations, policies and procedures. Is accountable for security of store and inventory. This person works closely with the purchasing department, as well as store employees. The Receiving Manager is also responsible for filing claims for damaged and/or defective merchandise. Must be able to lift 50lbs, able to navigate stairs and ladders. Pay DOE.
