Comfortable and Functional
5 Stars

I purchased these boots to replace an old pair of hiking boots that I had worn through. Out of the box, these boots fit perfectly but needed a slight break-in period to loosen things up around the ankle; nothing out of the ordinary for a pair of new boots. So far I have taken them upland hunting a few times, gone on hikes and taken them down to the river for some flyfishing. These boots seem to be the perfect mixture of comfort and function! I plan to take them on my early season big game hunts and I do not foresee any problems arising. I would recommend this boot to anybody.

Exactly as advertised

This boot is designed as "the perfect upland boot". I bought a pair to have as an all around, everyday wear. One that I can wear to work, in a field, on the trail, in the stand, basically everything but the pond. They look beautiful and feel very comfortable. Note: I did equip them with leather treatment and an insole, which improved the boots a lot. I took them in the steep mountains and they left a little bit to be desired, stability wise. So if you're looking for an alpine boot, go with the Beartooth or another model than the Bozeman. But if you want a beautiful natural leather boot for upland this is without doubt, the pair to buy. I love them!
